Sprig Live 2019

Sprig Live was held on November 8-10th, 2019; Dr. Jarod Johnson attended, presented, and participated in the first annual event hosted by Sprig Oral Health Technologies. The event took place at the Estancia in La Jolla, CA. Sprig Live is a Continuing Education program for dentists that offers high quality programming that is focused on improving clinical skills, information on advancing technology, office management techniques, and team building.

Sprig Oral Health Technologies

Sprig created the first zirconia (white) crown for kids in 2008. The company since has grown to offer many new products that promote the oral health of children. Sprig also is a leader in clinical education for dentists. They offer multiple continuing education courses across the world to improve the skills of dentists. Most recently they hosted their biggest continuing education event, in sunny Southern California.

Take-Aways from the Sprig Live

Dr. Jarod gave the opening lecture, and was able to attend many courses over the weekend. There were many clinical and non-clinical topics presented at the event. The courses focused on avoiding root canal treatment in kids, making an impact in our patient’s lives, administering painless injections, laser dentistry, dental photography, team building, leadership through practice management, managing children’s behavior, and advanced life support for kids.

In addition to attending outstanding continuing education courses Dr. Jarod was able to meet and connect with many pediatric dentists from around the United States. They shared tears of joy, many laughs, and great conversation. We hope to attend next year’s session.
