Open House Invitation - Back — Open House Invitation – Back

Arctic Dental, PLC will host an Open House on Friday, July 24th at 5:00 PM. The proceedings will be run by the Greater Muscatine Chamber of Commerce and be capped off with a ribbon cutting ceremony to signify the opening of Muscatine’s newest Pediatric Dental Practice. Pediatric Dentists undertake an additional two years of training beyond dental school. The training focuses on microbiology, prevention and anticipatory guidance, growth and development, restorative dentistry, oral pathology, special healthcare needs (SHCN), behavior guidance, and trauma.

Dr. Jarod Johnson attended the School of Dental Medicine at The Unviersity Nevada, Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV for his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.

We look forward to serving the dental needs of Muscatine and surrounding communities.

Catering will be provided for guests. A Guy and A Grill will be serving Pulled Pork.

Dr. Jarod has received advanced training in behavior management, sedation, hospital dentistry, trauma, special health care needs, interceptive orthodontics, space maintenance, oral hygiene, and dietary counseling. His energetic personality allows him to relate to kids on an individual level. He understands the importance of children having a positive dental experience and strives to provide the best care tailored to each child’s needs. Dr. Jarod enjoys educating children and their families on the importance of oral health so they can establish good habits for a lifetime of smiles. His goal is to develop relationships with each of his patients to establish a dental home that is welcoming from infancy through adolescence.
