- Continue onto US-61 S (24.3 miles)
- Turn left onto Cedar St (0.5 miles)
- Turn right onto Cedar Plaza Drive

From Moline/Rock Island:
- Take 4th Ave, 6th Ave, 5th Ave and 1st Ave to IL-92 W/Centennial Expy. in Rock Island
- Head northwest on 16th St toward 4th Ave
- Turn left onto 4th Ave
- Continue onto 6th Ave
- Continue onto 5th Ave
- 5th Ave turns slightly right and becomes 4th Ave
