If your insurance is not listed we will file insurance on your behalf for out of network companies to help maximize your insurance benefit. As a courtesy we are happy to send in a prior authorization for any treatment plan at our office, but cannot guarantee coverage due to variations in insurance contracts. We also accept cash, check and credit card and provide a discount for full payment at day of service.
